New Holden Red motor 6cyl 460 Holley Carburettor Conversion Kit (Modified Performance Use)
Introducing the new 460CFM Holley. Your engine can now outperform yet again with our new Ultimate Performance spec 2 barrel Holley. Delivering more power and torque than our 330 and 350 Holley kits, you can now make the most out of your 6cyl engine, without sacrificing much driveability, and still maintining fuel effeciency.
This kit contains a brand new Holley 2 barrel 460cfm carburettor designed and manufactured here in Australia from genuine Holley parts straight from the USA. The carburettor is sized at 460cfm with annular boosters fitted for improved atomisation at low air speed and bottom end torque. Metering block is designed by Recarb to suit the 6cyl engine.
The bowl assembly features an aluminium construction and presents well. The metal is easily polished and has significant defense against corrosion, unlike the new shiny metal Holley Avenger series which is simply the bare metal without a coating. The bowl also features the classic Holley fuel bowl "window", now facing away from the engine! This makes it far easier to check the fuel bowl internals without having to lean directly over a hot engine.
Furthermore the fuel inlet has been moved away from the tappet cover, and the heat surrounding it.
(THIS IS NOT A 350 OR 500 V8 STREET CARBURETTOR)
The air filter is a chrome 9" x 2" high. You also have the option of replacing the 9”sports filter element that we provide with a 9” K&N filter element. K&N Filters have a reputation in their Air Filtration systems that produce a higher air flow as well as better filtering of dust and dirt that a normal standard element would do. This element is a washable and reusable element which is perfect for serious off road use. We also sell recharge kits to bring the element back to the shape that you bought it in. The carburettor is supplied with no choke, however a manual choke is available.

Warranty
Recarb warranties both its new and reconditioned carburetors as well as it’s re-manufactured carburetors, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been
· Modified
· Subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt, water, other contaminants or faulty repair.
This warranty is extended to the original consumer only.
In the event of an alleged defect, RECARBs responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. RECARB will have the sole discretion for final warranty determination. RECARB shall not be responsible for: other labour, transportation or other incidental charges, consequential or other damages incurred by use of any RECARB product. Products returned are to have freight pre-paid.
A note on warranty: Problems happen. We all wish to solve them as easily as possible. Most problems are solved with a simple PH call, and our quick inspection.
