Ford Cortina 1600cc X-Flow GENUINE Twin 40 DCOE WEBER Carburettor Conversion Kit
This setup is designed to and hand prepared here in our workshop on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Carburettors are brand new Spanish made, 40 DCOE Webers. These are a genuine Weber, still being produced today.
Included is the following:
- 2x New Spanish Weber 40 DCOE Carburettors
- New Manifold Ford 1600 Xflow
- Ramtubes
- Premium Linkages & Alloy Bluemounts
The carburettors are jetted to factory 40 DCOE specifications. You can email your preferred jetting list or ask us for a base line jetting (Optional)
This kit has premium PROHEX linkages and the best alloy softmounts on the market. We can’t stress enough how important these are to keep your carbs in tune for years. Don’t use cheaper inferior parts that struggle to keep good tune.

Warranty
Recarb warranties both its new and reconditioned carburetors as well as it’s re-manufactured carburetors, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been
· Modified
· Subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt, water, other contaminants or faulty repair.
This warranty is extended to the original consumer only.
In the event of an alleged defect, RECARBs responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. RECARB will have the sole discretion for final warranty determination. RECARB shall not be responsible for: other labour, transportation or other incidental charges, consequential or other damages incurred by use of any RECARB product. Products returned are to have freight pre-paid.
A note on warranty: Problems happen. We all wish to solve them as easily as possible. Most problems are solved with a simple PH call, and our quick inspection.
