Introducing our new 460 CFM Holley. Yes, you read correctly. A step above the rest, your engine can now outperform yet again with our new Ultimate Off-Road spec Holley. Delivering more Torque and Power from our 330 Holley, you can now tackle more terrains with ease, without sacrificing too much drivability.
Like our 330 Holley’s, you can still achieve the rocky hill climbs and for the Auto Patrols out there, we can still fit the TPS to the Holley. KEEP IN MIND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION VEHICLES CANNOT RUN A CHOKE.
Brand new Holley 2 Barrel 460cfm carburettor designed and manufactured in Australia to suit the Nissan Patrol TB42 engines. Carb is sized at 460cfm with annular boosters fitted for improved atomisation at low air speed and bottom end torque. Metering block designed by Recarb to suit the 6cyl engine. The bowl assembly is suitable for normal hills and angles in off-road four wheel driving. This carb is designed and engineered for 4X4 off-road 6cyl use (THIS IS NOT A 350 or 500 V8 STREET CARBURETTOR)
WE HAVE OUR 330 HOLLEY'S FOR ALL THE STANDARD STREET AND MILD OFF ROADER'S TO MAXIMIZE FUEL ECONOMY BUT STILL DELIVERING BETTER INITIAL TORQUE THAN THE FACTORY CARBURETTOR CAN PRODUCE.
Kit supplied gives you everything you need to install, including new custom accelerator cable and sports air filter. Easy installation, instruction sheet with photos is included. ***( we now include an extra instruction sheet to show how to re-fit your factory air filter, to allow for snorkel use)
This carb gives a substantial torque increase, off road ability, and is easily maintained/serviced in outback towns. (EFI, including Holley Sniper, will leave you stranded off road!)
The kit is supplied with no choke, Manual choke or electric choke. Choose at the bottom. (Manual choke: you will need to fit a choke cable, not supplied)
Please specify if you intend fitting TURBO, as we will modify the carb to suit boost: solid floats, Teflon bushes, sealed against air leaks.
If you already have LP gas fitted to your old carb, you will need to change your gas mixer. (please phone our tech line for help with this).
We engineer all our conversion kits in our workshop on the Sunshine coast, QLD. Substantial research and development is put into our kits before we advertise them on the net. This will ensure optimum performance, economy and easy installation.
This kit will bolt straight onto all TB42S and TB45 engines, with both manual and auto transmission

Warranty
Recarb warranties both its new and reconditioned carburetors as well as it’s re-manufactured carburetors, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been
· Modified
· Subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt, water, other contaminants or faulty repair.
This warranty is extended to the original consumer only.
In the event of an alleged defect, RECARBs responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. RECARB will have the sole discretion for final warranty determination. RECARB shall not be responsible for: other labour, transportation or other incidental charges, consequential or other damages incurred by use of any RECARB product. Products returned are to have freight pre-paid.
A note on warranty: Problems happen. We all wish to solve them as easily as possible. Most problems are solved with a simple PH call, and our quick inspection.
