Twin 40DCOE Weber sidedraft carburettor set to suit Toyota 20valve 4AGE engines (Silver top).

This carburettor package is an excellent upgrade for those who are looking for more performance, power and torque, in a streetable package. These carburettors provide greatly improved throttle response and acceleration.
The Weber carbs are a 40mm DCOE. These are more suited for modified street use cars. For more aggressive/track/racing, the 45mm carbs will be a better option for motors constantly revving 3500rpm +

The upgrade kit includes the following:

• - 2 x 40 New Genuine Weber DCOE carburettors

• - 1x New intake manifold suit Toyota 4AGE 20V Silver top engine

• - Gaskets and hardware to mount carbs to manifold (Soft mount kits available as an upgrade option.

  The pic shows an example of this set optioned with slim sports air filters, An Under-pull cable linkage, and fuel pressure regulator. We can supply these and all you need.

  This is a Brand New, GENUINE Spanish-made Weber 40 DCOE carburettor with ram tubes. These are one of the most popular aftermarket sports carburettors fitted to most 4 Cylinder, 6 cylinder and some 8 Cylinder motors around the world. Generally an instant power and torque increase from most factory standard carburettors.
  
  40 DCOE's are an excellent choice for motors 2.5L and below, especially if you are going for a throat per cylinder application. Generally 45 DCOE's would be used for more race type of setup where revs are going to be constantly higher. A 40 DCOE will still give you that sporty feel and great induction noise, just without the flatspots that a 45 DCOE would produce for small motors.
  
  DCOE Carburettors have been around for a long time, many with different variations with calibration etc. The more older and efficient motors are getting today, tuners are finding it harder to tune the older model Weber's. In particular is the transition from progression to main circuits. Traditionally, most older Weber's used a 2 hole Progression. This was fine to use in the day but we are demanding for smoother driving vehicles with the introduction of Computer Controlled cars. Weber are now producing a 3 Hole Progression carburettor to help eliminate flat spots off the mark and allowing tuners to refine their calibration to a more acceptable level.
  
  These model DCOE's are a must if you are looking to get the best performance out of any engine. The benefits of fitting DCOE's are their fine tuning capabilities. With DCOE's, you can alter the following:

• - Emulsion Tubes

We Hand Prepare these carburettors, making sure that the following are set:

• - Float levels to Weber Standard

• - Throttle Butterflies are aligned and moving freely

• - Mixture screws are set to a standard stetting

• - Idle Speed screw is set to a standard setting

• - Idle Air Bleed screws are set to zero
