This is an easy to install kit, produces instant power lift to standard 2.6lt engine, and has reported good fuel economy. Weber also carries it's world reputation for reliability and easy service.
We engineer all our own Weber conversions. The carburetor is dyno jetted for maximum torque, throttle wheels and brackets are made to fit your accelerator cable straight on (Not having to cut your cable to fit "universal" ones) The installation kit, with photo instructions, gives you everything you need to bolt on and drive. The instructions and parts supplied fit straight onto all manual transmission. We can also fit the lever for auto cable, please state at checkout.
The 3rd picture shows the kit recently installed in our workshop to a Triton with dual-fuel.
We now have a second instruction sheet, showing you how you can modify and refit your original air filter (as in pic4), for extreme off-road conditions and for snorkel use, please phone us ahead for this.
This Weber kit supplies every part you need to install yourself. We make the correct throttle wheels and brackets to fit your cable, fuel lines and breathers ( do not cut accelerator cables or use "crimp clamps"). This is packed with a sports air filter. We also make the air plenum tops (see last pic), these are more expensive, and require an "in-line" air filter, good for custom air intakes and snorkel connection. Warranty
Recarb warranties both its new and reconditioned carburetors as well as it’s re-manufactured carburetors, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been
· Modified
· Subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt, water, other contaminants or faulty repair.
This warranty is extended to the original consumer only.
In the event of an alleged defect, RECARBs responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. RECARB will have the sole discretion for final warranty determination. RECARB shall not be responsible for: other labour, transportation or other incidental charges, consequential or other damages incurred by use of any RECARB product. Products returned are to have freight pre-paid.
A note on warranty: Problems happen. We all wish to solve them as easily as possible. Most problems are solved with a simple PH call, and our quick inspection.
